Numerical Data for Phase-Change Phenomena: Stefan and Gallium Melting Simulations

Raw numerical data from a conference paper on phase-change phenomena. The dataset contains simulation results for the one-phase and two-phase Stefan problems and for Gallium melting in a rectangular enclosure, generated using OpenFOAM v7. It was created by Bouke Johannes Kaaks of Delft University of Technology.
