Oxfordshire, England water quality data from five River Thames tributaries sampled upstream and downstream of sewage effluent points. The dataset measures phosphorus and nitrogen species, dissolved organic carbon, and major dissolved anions. This work was part of the NERC REHAB project on antibiotic resistance spread.
