Description
61 rice fields across three regions of Thailand were sampled for the soil bacterium Burkholderia pseudomallei and 22 soil physicochemical properties. Data includes culture results, soil texture, nutrient levels, and GPS coordinates collected during the dry seasons of 2013, 2014, and 2015. The study was conducted by Virya Hantrakun with ethical approvals from Mahidol University and the University of Oxford.
