Oak Spring and Autumn Phenology in Southern England Forests, 2011-2014

2011-2014 data on the spring budburst and autumn leaf senescence of mature oak trees (Quercus robur L.) in productive forests. The data were collected via repeat manual weekly or fortnightly observations across 20 forest stands in the New Forest, East Anglia, and Devon. It was produced by projects funded by the Forestry Commission and the European Union.
