Observational data on human-poultry interactions and hygiene behaviors in rural Tangail district and urban Dhaka, Bangladesh, collected in 2017. The research aimed to quantify contact types and the proportion of interactions posing exposure risk to antimicrobial-resistant bacteria. Data were recorded using a structured observation sheet during three-hour sessions across household, farm, and market settings.
