Oregon Agricultural Water Quality Management Areas and Plans

38 watershed-based management areas were established across Oregon to address agricultural water pollution. The Oregon Department of Agriculture developed these areas in partnership with 45 local Soil and Water Conservation Districts, following the 1993 Agricultural Water Quality Management Act. Area Plans and regulations are created by Local Advisory Committees for each management area.
