OmniThoughtV: 500,000 Multimodal Long-Chain-of-Thought Records

OmniThoughtV Filter 0.5M is a multimodal long-chain-of-thought dataset containing 500,000 records distilled from the FineVision dataset. Developed by Alibaba Cloud's PAI team and updated in January 2026, it utilizes the EasyDistill toolkit to provide reproducible reasoning chains for model training.
