Description
Real-world ADMET data collected during drug discovery campaigns by Expansion Therapeutics targeting RNA-mediated diseases, finalized in January 2026. The dataset was used in the OpenADMET-ExpansionRx blind challenge and is now released in full. It contains measurements likely related to the absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity of candidate molecules.
Use Cases
Train ADMET property prediction models based on molecular features from drug discovery campaigns.
Benchmark machine learning algorithms for molecular property prediction using the challenge's blind test framework.
Analyze relationships between molecular structure and pharmacokinetic profiles based on real-world campaign data.
Study optimization patterns for drug candidates targeting RNA-mediated diseases.
Strengths
Data originates from real, recently prosecuted drug discovery campaigns by a named company, Expansion Therapeutics.
Dataset was used in a structured blind challenge, suggesting a defined evaluation context.
Full dataset release includes previously blinded test data, providing a complete view.
Limitations
Column-level documentation is absent; field semantics must be inferred after download.
Row count and file size are unknown, which may limit suitability assessment.
Description metadata is limited; actual data quality requires manual inspection after download.
