Acid-induced dissociation of biotin-labeled drugs from streptavidin-coated beads was characterized using a modified ADA bridging assay and Biolayer Interferometry. The dataset, created by Lili Guo and shared under CC-BY-4.0, contains JPG files totaling 301.6 KB and was last updated in May 2026. Dissociation magnitude was found to depend on acid type and pH, with acetic acid at pH 2.65, lactic acid at pH 2.23, and glycine at pH 3.00 producing the greatest dissociation.
Data is provided as JPG image files; the specific numerical or tabular data underlying the study's conclusions may not be directly machine-readable.
