A survey of 3,201 Mexican employees from 30 companies within a single holding, living across 11 cities. The data was collected by Luis M. Arciniega to investigate the relationship between Schwartz's theory of basic values and specific facets of job satisfaction. It uses a 16-portrait instrument to measure work values and a Spanish-language version of the Job Diagnosis Survey for satisfaction.
