OWLETS-2: Lidar Measurements of Ozone and Wind Over Water and Land

OWLETS2_SurfaceLidar_Data contains ozone and wind lidar measurements from NASA's Ozone Water-Land Environmental Transition Study (OWLETS-2) field campaign.
