Description
A social practice evaluation index system for higher education institutions, constructed using the CIPP model. The system includes 4 primary, 11 secondary, and 37 tertiary indicators, derived from policy texts, core studies, and qualitative interviews. Yingping Nie published the index weights, calculated via the Analytic Hierarchy Process, on figshare in April 2026.

Designing formative and summative evaluations based on the integrated evaluation model described.
Analyzing factors affecting social practice implementation based on the internal and external indicators included.
Strengths
The index system is structured with 4 primary, 11 secondary, and 37 tertiary indicators.
Indicator significance was assessed using the Delphi method with research samples gathered via questionnaires.
The construction process incorporated insights from 27 policy texts, core studies, and qualitative interview findings.
Limitations
The dataset is only 5.5 KB, indicating a very limited scope likely containing only the index weights.
Row count and column-level documentation are unknown, limiting suitability assessment.
