Metagenome Assembled Genomes from Noma Patient Saliva

Comprising 40 high-quality metagenome assembled genomes (MAGs) spanning 19 species, recovered from oral saliva microbiomes of 19 Nigerian children with acute noma. It was generated by Michael Olaleye as part of a shotgun metagenomic study to investigate microbial dysbiosis associated with the disease.

Use Cases
