Endometrial Proteome Differences Between Spontaneous and Stimulated Cycles

A proteomic dataset from 15 women with primary infertility and poor ovarian response, collected at the University Medical Centre Ljubljana between September 2023 and June 2024. Protein microarrays targeting 1,466 proteins were used to analyze endometrial samples during the window of implantation.
