Curated ligand-receptor (LR) pairs and their predicted changes from a single-cell RNA sequencing analysis of four mouse organs (liver, lung, heart, kidney) across post-natal development, adulthood, and ageing. It was generated using the LIANA framework to infer cell-to-cell communication and includes a developed Shrink and Expand (SE) score to quantify directional changes between biological states. The dataset is provided in an XLSX file sized 18.2 KB.
