Albania SARI Sentinel Surveillance for COVID-19 Cases and Vaccination, July 2022–July 2023

An anonymized dataset from Albania's Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) sentinel surveillance system covering 1 July 2022 to 1 July 2023. It contains COVID-19–positive cases and negative controls aggregated by week of test result, as well as vaccinated SARI cases by week of complete vaccination. The dataset was authored by Jonilda Sulo and is shared under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
