Anti-CS3 IgA Avidity Indices from a Pediatric ETEC Vaccine Trial in Zambia

60 Zambian children aged 6–23 months received three doses of the ETVAX® vaccine candidate with dmLT adjuvant. Plasma samples from baseline and post-vaccination timepoints were analyzed by limiting antigen dilution ELISA to calculate avidity indices for CS3 and LTB antibodies. The dataset includes avidity indices and titre-based naïve classifications, revealing baseline avidity was detectable and showed minimal change post-vaccination.
