SFTS Patient Baseline Characteristics and sCD163 Biomarker Data

A clinical cohort of 150 Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (SFTS) patients (132 survivors, 18 non-survivors) was analyzed by Jie Wang. Admission serum sCD163 levels were measured via ELISA to predict 30-day mortality. The dataset includes validation from single-cell RNA sequencing data from 15 SFTS patients and 4 healthy controls.
