Ethical Caring Competency Scale (ECCS) Validation Data for 697 Iranian Nurses

697 survey responses from registered nurses in Iran used to validate the Persian version of the Ethical Caring Competency Scale (ECCS). The dataset was collected via convenience sampling from seven teaching hospitals affiliated with Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Psychometric validation results, including factor analysis and reliability coefficients, are included.
