Clinical Manifestation of Dengue Cases from a 2024 Outbreak in Ghana

206 laboratory-confirmed dengue virus RNA samples were identified from 1471 suspected cases during an outbreak in Ghana in July 2024. The dataset, authored by Deborah Pratt and shared on figshare, includes 39 successfully sequenced DENV-1 genomes. Phylogenetic analysis revealed two main clusters of DENV-1 strains circulating in West Africa between 2017 and 2023.
