Featuring curated ligand-receptor (LR) interaction predictions for four mouse organs (liver, lung, heart, kidney) across post-natal development, adulthood, and ageing. It was generated by applying the LIANA framework to single-cell RNA sequencing data, resulting in a Shrink and Expand (SE) score to quantify directional changes between biological states.
