Cost Accounting for Avian Influenza Control Scenarios in UAE Poultry Farms

46 commercial poultry farms in the UAE were modeled using the North American Animal Disease Spread Model (NAADSM) to simulate the spread of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI). The model generated outputs on infected, vaccinated, and depopulated farms and birds, as well as outbreak duration for four control scenarios. The dataset, created by Eihab Fathelrahman and last updated in April 2026, contains cost accounting results for vaccination and depopulation strategies.
