A retrospective cohort of 524 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) who underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PPCI). It was used to develop a predictive model for the no-reflow phenomenon, which occurred in 8.97% of patients, based on the triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR). The data was authored by Jingyan Yang.
