The dataset, created by Yusuke Yasutomi, includes longitudinal, retrospective cohort data on demographics, treatment patterns, transfusion burden, and clinical outcomes. A subset of 281 patients treated with the Janus kinase inhibitor ruxolitinib is also detailed.
