349 questionnaire responses from Moroccan university students, collected by author Razzouki mustapha and last updated in April 2026. The data examines the combined effects of teacher motivation, pedagogical leadership, self-efficacy, instructional innovation, ICT use, and student motivation on learning outcomes. Analysis was performed using fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) to identify causal configurations.
