Detection of mecA Gene Among S. aureus Isolates from Ethiopian Abattoirs, 2021-2022

150 swab samples were collected from two municipal abattoirs in Northwest Ethiopia between January 2021 and April 2022. The dataset, created by Samuel Abie and shared under CC-BY-4.0, contains results for S. aureus isolation, antimicrobial susceptibility testing against ten antibiotics, and PCR detection of the mecA gene.
