Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) were tested for their ability to inhibit nucleoside and nucleobase transporters ENT1, ENT2, and ENBT1 in genetically modified HEK293 and K562 cell lines. The dataset, authored by Nayyar Shahid and shared under a CC-BY-4.0 license, contains the experimental results supporting five figures in the associated research. All tested TKI inhibited ENT1 and ENT2 with Ki values ranging from 1 to 30 µM.
The dataset is very small (31.7 KB), indicating limited scope.
