1,889 fourth-grade students were tracked longitudinally across four annual waves from 2018 to 2021 as part of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). Minsol Kim analyzed the data using latent growth modeling to examine the relationship between smartphone dependency and happiness. The dataset contains the resulting model fit indices, published on figshare in April 2026.
