A quasi-experimental study of 90 freshman students assessed the impact of a 10-week app-supported training model versus conventional physical education. The dataset contains pre- and post-intervention physical fitness test results for speed, endurance, explosive power, and flexibility, plus post-intervention motivation survey data for the treatment group. Results indicate the app-supported group achieved greater improvements in speed, explosive power, and flexibility.
