Nurse Quality of Life Survey Data from Two Hospitals

503 nurses from two tertiary-level hospitals participated in an online survey measuring occupational stress, psychological distress, social support, burnout, work-family conflict, and quality of life. Xu Jun published the dataset on figshare in May 2026. Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) was used to identify configuration pathways associated with high and low quality of life outcomes.
