Description
Data from 30 healthy adult participants, with a mean age of 37.8 years, collected to compare two assays for quantifying human cytomegalovirus (HCMV)-specific T-cells. The dataset includes counts of IFN-γ-producing cells from ELISPOT and intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) assays, stimulated with whole CMV lysate and IE1 peptide pool, alongside anti-CMV IgG serology results.
