14 participants will be randomized in a pilot trial evaluating the feasibility and safety of combining repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and functional electrical stimulation (FES) cycling for motor incomplete spinal cord injury. The protocol, authored by Fereshteh Ghahremani and registered with ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT05975606), involves 12 sessions over six weeks. Functional outcomes including gait parameters, muscle strength, and balance tests were assessed at baseline, midpoint, post-intervention, and two weeks post-treatment.
