Eleven studies from a scoping review of 3,305 records link high-reliability organization principles to improved safety outcomes in healthcare. The dataset was extracted by Michael Joshua G. Morales using the Joanna Briggs Institute tool and includes studies published from 2016 to 2025. It focuses on patient safety metrics like medication errors and falls, as well as staff perceptions of psychological safety.
