349 Moroccan university students responded to a questionnaire measuring teacher motivation, pedagogical leadership, self-efficacy, instructional innovation, ICT use, and student motivation. Razzouki mustapha collected this data and analyzed it using fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) to identify causal configurations for high academic achievement.
