515 male and female students aged 18-25 from two universities in Islamabad were surveyed online to study Instagram's impact on mental well-being. The dataset, created by Ayesha Qamar and last updated in April 2026, likely contains survey results analyzed using a conditional mediation model (CoMe Model) in SmartPLS. Findings indicate Instagram use predicts decreased self-esteem and increased depression, with effects moderated by social comparison tendencies.
