Description
Single-cell RNA sequencing data from over 23,000 CD45+ enriched cells collected from 9 healthy lactating donors. The dataset, authored by Nadine Schrode and shared under a CC-BY-4.0 license, identifies 18 transcriptionally distinct mononuclear myeloid subpopulations, including macrophage, dendritic cell, monocyte, and epithelial-like clusters. It was last updated on May 11, 2026.
Use Cases
Identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) based on myeloid cell subpopulations mentioned in the description
Analyze donor-specific heterogeneity in immune cell composition based on the observation of sub-clusters restricted to 1-2 individuals
Investigate lipid adaptation pathways in immune cells based on described expression of genes like APOE, LIPA, and APOC1
Model intercellular communication networks among immune subsets based on the described CellChat analysis involving MHC-II, SPP1, and MIF
Strengths
Data from over 23,000 cells provides a substantial sample for single-cell analysis
