Colombian firms from various economic sectors and sizes were surveyed to explore the relationship between CEO narcissism and innovation. The study applied two structured instruments to a sample of 85 companies, measuring narcissistic traits via an adapted Narcissistic Personality Inventory and innovation across five dimensions. Author Tobías Alfonso Parodi Camaño published the dataset on figshare under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
