A prospective cohort study of 200 young adult females and a pilot cohort of 40 males investigating the acute and longitudinal neurological effects of sexual strangulation. The dataset includes multimodal assessments such as blood biomarkers, MRI scans, cognitive tests, and mental health evaluations collected over a 30-month period.
