Healthcare Worker Well-being in HIV Care Across 12 African Countries

801 frontline healthcare providers across 24 sites in 12 high HIV-prevalence African countries participated in this qualitative study on well-being and self-care. The research employed participatory priority-setting and focus group discussions, with findings analyzed thematically using Orem’s Theory of Self-Care.
