A pilot study dataset from figshare, authored by Ádám Fésüs and last updated in May 2026. It contains group-specific descriptive data from 20 asymptomatic, physically active female college students (21.3 ± 2.51 years) who participated in a four-week training intervention. The study compared eccentric versus concentric hip abduction training on biomechanical outcomes including hip abduction torque, countermovement jump performance, and dynamic knee valgus.
Data is in XLS format, requiring software capable of reading Excel files.
