707 low-income overweight or obese pregnant and postpartum women completed validated surveys measuring relationship satisfaction, family functioning, communication, stress, and anxiety. Regression analysis found higher relationship satisfaction and family functioning were significantly associated with lower stress and anxiety levels in both groups. The dataset, shared by Mei-Wei Chang on figshare, contains the survey results used in this study.
