28 studies from a systematic review of 1865 identified sources provide a meta-analysis of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) prevalence among clinically relevant pathogens in Tanzania. The dataset, created by Charles Basil Kafaiya and last updated in April 2026, includes resistance estimates for pathogens like Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli against antibiotics such as penicillin and meropenem. Most isolates (25.0%) were from urine samples, and 92.9% of the included studies were conducted in hospital settings.
