Serum Antibody Levels Against MAP Proteins in Mexican RA Patients and Controls

A dataset of humoral immune responses from 200 individuals, including 100 Mexican rheumatoid arthritis patients and 100 healthy controls. It quantifies serum antibody levels against Mycobacterium avium paratuberculosis proteins PtpA and PtpB using ELISA. The data was collected by Jorge Hernández-Bello and last updated in May 2026.
