Three integrated peripheral blood transcriptome datasets from the GEO database, comprising 283 samples (155 pediatric asthma patients and 128 controls). The dataset contains results of a Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) identifying 15 iron metabolism-related differentially expressed genes. It was uploaded by Liang Liu to figshare in April 2026.
