RIS MRI Scan Characteristics and CSF Positivity for Multiple Sclerosis

A dataset of MRI scan characteristics and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) positivity for patients with Radiologically Isolated Syndrome (RIS). The data includes lesion anatomical locations classified according to 2017 MS criteria and CSF positivity defined by the presence of at least two unique oligoclonal bands.
