Description
Engin Berber's dataset contains source data for Figs 2, 3, and 8 from a three-season (2022–2025) study of influenza vaccine immune responses. It includes hemagglutination inhibition (HAI) activity measurements from 1,328 participants aged 9–89 years who received one of six vaccine types, collected before and 28 days post-vaccination. The data was last updated on April 16, 2026.
Use Cases
Comparing seroprotection and seroconversion rates based on vaccine platform and recipient age.
Analyzing the impact of repeated annual vaccination on HAI boosting and back-boosting to historical strains.
Evaluating differences in post-vaccination HAI titers between younger adults and elderly participants.
Modeling the influence of baseline antibody titers on seroconversion rates in elderly populations.
Strengths
Data covers three consecutive influenza seasons (2022–2025), allowing longitudinal analysis.
Includes measurements from 1,328 participants across a wide age range (9–89 years).
