Physician Burnout Survey Factors From Texas Border Region

Aggregating the factor structure after Varimax rotation from a study of physician burnout during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis is based on a survey of 31 physicians from a mixed rural-urban region along the Texas-Mexico border, conducted between December 2022 and January 2023. It identifies three latent 'worry types' and a Worry Score derived from 9 survey questions.
