Description
165 subjects' data linking dengue serotypes, viral load, and stress hormone levels, collected via ELISA and RT-PCR. DENV-1 was the most prevalent strain, accounting for 80% of cases in this study. The dataset, authored by Misbah Anwar and last updated in 2026, includes hematological indices and phylogenetic analysis results.
Use Cases
Correlating stress hormone levels (cortisol, adrenaline) with dengue serotype infection based on the described clinical measurements.
Analyzing the prevalence and phylogenetic history of DENV-1 strains in Pakistan based on the whole-genome sequencing results mentioned.
Investigating relationships between viral load and hematological markers like hemoglobin based on the reported correlation analysis.
Strengths
Includes data from 165 subjects, providing a clinical cohort for analysis.
