424 in-service teachers from southeastern Türkiye participated in a study linking pedagogical beliefs and teaching motivation to curriculum fidelity. The dataset, created by Özgür Tutal and shared on figshare, includes validated scales measuring constructivist versus traditional beliefs, intrinsic versus extrinsic motivation, and curriculum adherence versus adaptation. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the direct and indirect pathways among these latent variables.
