Survey Data on AI Tool Acceptance for Financial Decisions from Polish Universities

371 survey responses from three Polish universities collected via CAWI method in a pilot study. The dataset contains results from a dedicated scale measuring acceptance determinants of AI-based tools for personal financial decisions, based on an extended TAM model.
